What we collect and why

If you sign up on this website we collect your email address so that we can send you occasional emails about Mode. We also keep a record of when you signed up and confirmed, so that we can show you agreed. We rely on your consent to do this, and we do not ask you for anything else.

Who handles your data

We use Mailchimp, operated by Intuit Inc., to store our mailing list and send our emails. Mailchimp processes your data on our behalf and may hold it in the United States, where it is protected by the safeguards UK data protection law requires. Our website is hosted by IONOS, which may keep routine technical logs such as IP addresses to run the service securely. We do not sell your data or share it with anyone else for their own marketing.

How long we keep it

We keep your email address until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove it. After that we may keep a minimal record so that we do not email you again by mistake.

Your rights

You can withdraw your consent at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any of our emails or by emailing us. You can also ask for a copy of your data, or ask us to correct, delete or restrict it.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, please tell us first. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
